PPW
Advantage
Founded
in 1969 with continued ownership and
management.
1.
Thorough
site analysis. Very
little of value is
achieved today
without careful,
intelligent
planning. This is
particularly true in
the contracting
business. Quality
materials must be
applied by skilled
craftsmen as
efficiently and
effectively as
possible. Therefore,
we conduct a
thorough analysis of
your site and
carefully evaluate
its conditions to
make sure you
receive maximum
value for your
coating dollar. PPW Painting
site analyses are
performed only by
experienced
professionals who
examine the various
surfaces to be
involved in the
coating process.
Age, moisture,
texture. alkalinity,
acidity and surface
origin all enter
into this important
phase so that
maximum life can be
obtained from your
new coating. Square
footage and
accessibility are
analyzed so that man
hours, coating
quantity and
equipment can be
accurately
estimated.
2.
Accurate, detailed
estimate.
Thorough,
written
communication is
essential in a
successful
customer/contractor
relationship. We
make every effort to
cover even the
smallest detail in
our estimate to you.
On occasion, coating
jobs can be handled
several different
ways. If this
happens to be the
case at your site,
we will include
other possible
alternates in your
estimate.
3.
Complete site
preparation. Upon
approval of our
estimate, we move to
the third step in
our system. This
includes: Scheduling
Surface Preparation
Priming & Finish
Coatings Cleanup. We
meet with you to
develop an operable
work schedule. In
this meeting, we
synchronize our
schedule with that
of your people so
that our technicians
will not interrupt
the working hours of
your staff. There
are many techniques
that we utilize to
aid in this
important factor.
Once we begin,
furniture,
equipment, machines,
etc. are
repositioned
(usually on a
progressive basis to
provide minimal
disruption). Then,
surfaces are
prepared, sealed,
primed and finished
as required.
4.
Quality control
supervision. At
all times, an PPW Painting
foreman is at your
job-site to maintain
continual
coordination between
equipment,
materials, workmen
and you. He keeps
everything on
schedule and is your
on-job contact if a
question arises. To
see that everything
progresses on
target, an PPW Painting
superintendent
checks your job-site
on a daily basis.
5.
Thorough cleanup. We
believe in job
excellence from
beginning to end.
Before we leave your
site, everything
will be back in its
place and your
facility will have a
fresh, clean look.
Windows and floors
will be free of
coating overlap and
spatter, there won't
be a rag, brush or
empty can left
anywhere. Our
reputation depends
on your
satisfaction.
